CIO Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate to join our CIO team. As a Graduate in CIO, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while developing a strong foundation in a tech area. We offer a 2-year program which is divided into 2 rotations of 12 months each, allowing you to see different areas and a high variety of roles in our CIO unit.  

You can also expect mentoring, extensive internal learning and development curriculum, and a tight-knit community of graduates. 

Some areas you could potentially see during your Graduate program: 

• Strategy, Innovation and Governance 
• Planning, Testing & Release 
• Software Delivery 
• IT Operations 

YOUR SKILLS:

• Education: You have just or nearly finished your Master Degree (MA/MSc), with a major in Technology or other associated degrees with a proven interest in a Tech career
• Professional Experience: You have already obtained your first professional experience (e.g. internships) in the areas of Cloud Technologies, AI-powered services, and other emerging technologies
• Strong quantitative, good business sense, interpersonal, and collaboration & communication skills
• You demonstrate a genuine interest in the telecommunication industry and are eager to discover different areas
• You are a team player, a fast/keen learner, and open to developing skills
• You are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment 
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite, German and French are valuable assets
